We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Dixie Lee Fried Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment opportunity
- 37.5 to 44 hours per week
