Financial Advisor Role at Royal Bank of Canada

As a Financial Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Financial Planning: Create comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
  • Investment Advice: Provide expert investment advice to clients, helping them to make informed decisions about their investments.
  • Financial Education: Educate clients on personal finance and investment topics, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial lives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Valid Mutual Funds accreditation and completed Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships, digital literacy across a range of devices.
