Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts and Financial Records Administrator to join our team at Anto Wholesales.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 30-44 hours per week, offering free parking and a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing timely and reliable financial data for management decisions.
  • Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes where necessary.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
