Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Administrator to join our team at Preferential Tax Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including individual and corporate tax returns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and retirement plan.
