This is an exciting opportunity to join our Government & Corporate Services team as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the client experience from the beginning of the move process until the post-move processes are completed.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage client expectations and communicate effectively throughout the move process.
- Ensure all necessary information is communicated to clients, including articles being moved and remaining responsibilities.
- Document all notes and communications in our database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient move process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as effective problem-solving and organizational skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
