Role Summary

The Customer Care Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a positive moving experience for our clients. This involves managing the client experience from the beginning of the move process until the post-move processes are completed. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating move details, providing just-in-time information, and ensuring client awareness of move articles, responsibilities, and inadmissible items.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the client experience throughout the move process
  • Communicate move details and answer client questions
  • Provide just-in-time information to prevent client confusion
  • Ensure client awareness of move articles, responsibilities, and inadmissible items

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is also required. Previous customer service or call centre experience is an asset.
