Job Title: Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team at Pilkington Law Firm.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, including research, document preparation, and correspondence. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the legal field, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and gather information for legal cases
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including court filings and correspondence
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of case files and records
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as law or business
  • 1-2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
