Job Title: Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team at Pilkington Law Firm. As a Law Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and assisting with various tasks related to legal research, document preparation, and case management.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and gather information for lawyers
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as court filings and correspondence
  • Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by lawyers and management
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as law or business
  • 1-2 years of experience in a legal environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
