Food Service Supervisor

At Avleen08 Ontario Inc, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation. They will also be responsible for hiring food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and preparing budget and cost estimates.
Additionally, the Food Service Supervisor will address customers' complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports. They will also prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise and check assembly of trays.
