Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Role

At Whitecourt Labour Force, we are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment to maintain the facilities.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
