Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our benefits and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with HR and financial policies, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with management and employees.

The successful candidate will process bi-weekly payroll, reconcile account balances, and communicate with management and employees to resolve any discrepancies. They will also manage personnel records, update benefit systems, and serve as a liaison between insurance carriers and employees.

Key Skills:

- Experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel and Access
- Certification in payroll is highly desirable
