Job Title: Director of Community Services

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for community development and public services? Do you have a strong background in policy and strategic planning? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Community Services to join our team at the City of Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of community services policies and programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to community service providers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and address community needs.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support community services initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as public administration, community development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in community services, policy development, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
