Reports to: Vice President, Enterprise Sales - Commercial, US & Canada

Job Overview:

The Director of Sales will lead and shape the organization's sales strategy, driving sustainable growth and revenue expansion. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
