We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in the Central Region. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling Fiserv's suite of business solutions, including our Point of Sale solution (Clover), to commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong working partnerships with Commercial Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers to increase volume and quality of referrals and leads from existing bank portfolios.
- Collaborate with senior Commercial Bank relationship teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies for strategic bank clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Self-source referrals and leads, leveraging Fiserv's assets and resources, and utilizing prospecting, territory development, and networking skills.
- Drive execution of departmental sales and revenue objectives, including pricing and profitability guidelines, and individual contributor sales goals.
- Experience and expertise with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is required, with a focus on discipline, integrity, and accountability in sales pipeline management.
- Minimum of 6 years sales experience, with demonstrated results and success.
- Strong business experience within the Payments industry.
- Experience identifying and building relationships with key C-level decision makers.
- Enterprise and/or complex sales experience in solution selling.
- Demonstrated experience in achievement of sales and revenue goals.
- Minimum 40% travel.
