Job Title: Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at DS Tactical Supply LTD. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handling cash, credit card, and debit card payments.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card, and debit card transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
  • Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store displays.
  • Participate in sales promotions, including setting up displays and maintaining store displays.
  • Assist with customer service, including answering customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
