About the Role

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business opportunities. This includes leading by example in prospecting and relationship-building, promoting products through various approaches to enhance client engagement, and providing superior service to ensure positive experiences at all times.

 

Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business opportunities.
  • Lead by actively prospecting for new sales, as well as establishing long-lasting relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Promote products through presentations, seminars, and other approaches to enhance client engagement.
  • Provide superior service to ensure positive experiences at all times, fostering a strong reputation in the market.
  • Able to generate sales, make strategic connections, build lasting relationships, sell our solutions, and support implementation and ongoing services.
  • Build and execute a sales plan to deliver expected results, driving business growth and success.
  • Identify marketing and sales opportunities, as well as best approaches to close sales, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and provide regular sales and product training seminars to upskill the team and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Be the primary contact for escalated support for distributors, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
