Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. In this role, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources effectively;
  • Establishing departments and senior staff positions to optimize organizational structure;
  • Coordinating work across regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives;
  • Formulating and approving promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility;
  • Selecting middle managers and delegating authority to ensure effective team leadership;

Technical Skills

You should have proficiency in:

  • MS Excel for data analysis and reporting;
  • MS Office for document creation and editing;
  • MS Windows for operating system management;
  • MS Word for writing and editing documents;
  • Mac OS for computer operation and maintenance;
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
