About the Role

Trotter & Morton Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical projects and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-development, pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of projects
  • Obtain and post required permits and licenses
  • Set up, monitor, and update project schedules with the project team
  • Ensure submittal review, processing, and approvals are in place
  • Develop and submit billing schedules of values
  • Assist with distributing, compiling, pricing, tracking, and logging project changes
  • Monitor and maintain project logs in Procore
  • Celebrate project completion in an organized and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage time effectively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree, CET, Project Management Training, or Trades Experience
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
