About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Email Designer to join our team at Aquent Talent. As a remote Email Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing the visual design for email campaigns, working closely with our lead email designer and email specialist to produce high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the visual design for email campaigns, including working on stakeholder revisions and building out French assets.
  • Work within established brand guidelines, templates, and timelines to create email collateral related to seasonal marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare files using Adobe programs (XD, Photoshop & Illustrator).
  • Follow processes and workback schedules to ensure an efficient workflow for content production.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Edit photography as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in design or visual related industry with a strong design portfolio in online channels.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe programs, including but not limited to XD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects.
  • Ability to work and maintain brand standards and design guidelines.
  • Ability to image source.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, self-manage time and work effectively in a high-activity work environment.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow a regimented workflow.
  • Solid comprehension of user interface design and information architecture.
  • Knowledge of website, email, UX, and UI design is an asset.
  • Knowledge of animation and motion design is an asset.
  • Ability to work and stay connected in a remote/virtual setting.
  • Bilingual or ability to read French is an asset.
