We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Realstar Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and ensuring the proper physical maintenance of the property, including the grounds.
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors and staff as needed.
- Conduct daily visual inspections of all mechanical, HVAC, and sprinkler systems.
- Ensure that the property is in compliance with provincial and municipal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise service providers and contractors, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Background in residential property management or related business experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent management skills to coach, train, and motivate staff.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and have aptitude for mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated cleaning skills and ability to lift and push heavy objects.
