Fairmont Gold Experience

Fairmont Gold is the pinnacle of personalized luxury service within the Fairmont Royal York and the finest hotel experience in Toronto. As a Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you will collaborate with all hotel departments to curate unforgettable moments within the Fairmont Gold Lounge and our beautifully appointed rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Fairmont Gold floors to ensure smooth operation and highest level of guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Engage Fairmont Gold guests with full concierge services, creating the quintessential Toronto experience.
  • Supervise all contributing staff members who provide services to the Fairmont Gold area, ensuring that the appropriate service levels are provided and achieved at all times.
  • Handle Fairmont Gold guest concerns in relation to the area, reacting quickly, logging, following up, and bringing to full resolution.
  • Lead the operation of the Fairmont Gold arrival and departure experiences.
  • Involvement with training, development, and performance management of all Fairmont Gold Pantry Attendants.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' 4 Diamond Hotel Concierge or Front Office experience.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • An operational knowledge and proficiency in Front Office Systems, Oracle, Opera, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
