Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Superior Poultry Processors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and advising applicants on employment terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruit graduates from colleges and universities to fill staffing gaps
  • Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Flexibility, judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills

  • 40 hours per week, English language, and Superior Poultry Processors Ltd. work environment
