We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Relationship Banker to join our Banking Center team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers, process financial transactions, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales, service, and operation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers' needs in a timely and accurate manner, capitalizing on resources and tools available
  • Evaluate customers' needs and offer appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations
  • Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments
  • Meet/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
  • 6 months to 2 years of job experience in cash handling and customer service; needs-based sales experience and banking experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours
  • Self-starter and highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork
