Job Responsibilities

As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to our steps of service. You will be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items, making recommendations and ensuring accuracy when entering information into the POS system. You will also monitor food quality and presentation standards, maintaining a clean section and ensuring all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter.

  • Serving experience in a similar environment
  • Smart Serve Certification a requirement
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and sales ability
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of product knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
