About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Golden Horse Trucking Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping tasks, and other administrative duties as required.
Work Environment
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
