Capital Ford Lincoln (Winnipeg) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our Lincoln clients.

As a Lincoln Concierge, you will be a professional ambassador of our first impressions with our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person.
  • Supporting the sales department during new car delivery to ensure a quick and efficient delivery experience.
  • Handling customer vehicles with attention to detail and upholding high standards of cleanliness and care.
  • Providing off-site vehicle presentations to new car sales customers when appropriate.
  • Assisting with general showroom maintenance and lot maintenance when the porter is unavailable.
  • Working with the team to meet the needs of our clients, including personal greetings, access to loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, and surprise-and-delight interactions.
