Job Summary:
The Chief People, Culture and Diversity Officer is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle at BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS). This includes health and wellness, mental health, learning and development, culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, and recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the Strategic People Plan to ensure effective delivery of all people services.
- Establish and maintain a constructive labour relations environment, including overseeing the collective bargaining process.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive a shared commitment to employee well-being.
- Work closely with the People and Culture department to provide leadership and support.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience in human resources, culture and diversity, and labour relations. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a complex unionized environment.
