Job Summary
We are seeking a Deli Clerk to join our team at our Calgary location. As a Deli Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold food, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold food, including sandwiches, salads, and soups
- Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the deli and surrounding areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
