We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at J.WTS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen is run efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of all food prepared in the kitchen, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for all staff and customers, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership and management skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
