About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OPA of Greece. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Work Environment
