Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SAINATH FOOD LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles to the highest standards.
Inventory ManagementEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that all inventory is managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain the highest standards.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management as required.
Assembly and PresentationSupervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
