Regulatory Affairs Intern

Kenvue is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Intern to join our team. As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including NHP PLAs, DIN submissions, and SNDSs.
  • Respond to regulatory body queries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • File annual renewal packages to Health Canada and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess regulatory requirements for new projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Review and approve packaging artwork and advertising materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Complete environmental ingredient surveys under CEPA and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in audit preparation and provide documents to auditors as required.
  • Respond to requests for regulatory information from our safety organization to support the preparation of aggregate safety reports.
  • Monitor departmental mailboxes and triage Health Canada and other correspondence.
  • Maintain regulatory databases and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in a post-graduate Regulatory Affairs Certification Program (e.g. Seneca or Humber College).
  • Undergraduate Science Degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong office software skills.
