Kenvue is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Intern to join our team. As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including NHP PLAs, DIN submissions, and SNDSs.
- Respond to regulatory body queries and provide timely and accurate information.
- File annual renewal packages to Health Canada and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assess regulatory requirements for new projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review and approve packaging artwork and advertising materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Complete environmental ingredient surveys under CEPA and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide documents to auditors as required.
- Respond to requests for regulatory information from our safety organization to support the preparation of aggregate safety reports.
- Monitor departmental mailboxes and triage Health Canada and other correspondence.
- Maintain regulatory databases and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Enrolled in a post-graduate Regulatory Affairs Certification Program (e.g. Seneca or Humber College).
- Undergraduate Science Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong office software skills.
