Regulatory Affairs Intern

This role is part of the Regulatory Affairs team at Kenvue, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of consumer goods.

The Regulatory Affairs Intern will be responsible for preparing submissions to regulatory bodies, responding to queries, and filing annual renewal packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare submissions to regulatory bodies, including NHP PLAs, DIN submissions, and SNDSs.
  • Respond to regulatory body queries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • File annual renewal packages to Health Canada and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform assessments to determine regulatory requirements for new projects and ensure compliance.
  • Review and approve packaging artwork and advertising materials for regulatory compliance.
  • Complete environmental ingredient surveys under CEPA and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in audit preparation and provide documents to auditors as required.
  • Respond to requests for regulatory information from the safety organization to support aggregate safety reports.
  • Monitor departmental mailboxes and triage Health Canada and other correspondence.
  • Monitor and track communications and commitments to Health Canada.
  • Maintain various regulatory databases and trackers.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a post-graduate Regulatory Affairs Certification Program.
  • Undergraduate Science Degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Results-driven and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong office software skills.

The anticipated weekly base pay for this position will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, and degree/experience.
