Job Summary

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Room Management: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes, maintaining an up-to-date inventory of vacancies and assignments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Operate the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and processing guest payments in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a hotel or similar environment is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Previous experience providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings is an asset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
