About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at The Co+Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our baking team and ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of bakers to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the preparation and baking of all products, including bread, pastries, and cakes
  • Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize production
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bakery or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent baking and cooking skills, with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
