Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control, including food safety and hygiene, to ensure that our customers receive safe and healthy food.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance, to inform business decisions and improve operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
