Food Service Team Lead

CHASKA- The Indian Street food Obsession is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare and submit reports as needed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, and establish work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a team player attitude.
Our cafeteria is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a hot environment and be exposed to odours.
