Mount Allison University is seeking a seasoned and strategic student affairs professional to serve as the Director of Student Experience and Engagement. This key leadership position plays a vital role in promoting student engagement, retention, inclusion, diversity, and internationalization, as well as positive residence life experience and off-campus liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to promote student engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster inclusive communities and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Lead the administration of student conduct processes, the Sexualized Violence Policy, and the Anti-Racism Education and Response Policy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the institution and community partners to advance the goals of Mount Allison University.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and management to the Student Affairs team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Higher Education Administration or Student Affairs.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student affairs, with a focus on student engagement and retention.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful initiatives to promote student success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
