We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team at TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality results
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training to develop the skills of our team members
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure our team members have the necessary skills
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to support project needs

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 32 hours per week
  • English is the primary language of communication
