Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing expert assessment and treatment services to individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries. As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and community setting.

About the Role
  • You will assess and treat individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries.
  • You will assist clients with establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and community setting.
  • You will create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • You will liaise with various community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence.
  • You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus extended health and dental benefits, employee and family assistance program, paid staff meetings, paid monthly supervision, and opportunities for career advancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You have a University Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • You are a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists (COTO).
  • You have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
