Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Acute Account Manager to join our team in Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining territory sales, driving growth, and developing new business opportunities within the designated geography.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain territory sales and drive growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and execute plans to achieve fiscal growth targets and budgets, with a focus on KPIs within Salesforce
- Educate end-users on products and position Solventum as a solutions provider
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Manage selling cycles consisting of multiple touch points
- Completion of post-secondary education in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing, or 5 years of sales experience in a hospital environment
- 3 years of sales experience
- Current, valid driver's license
- Experience with Surgical Solutions product portfolios
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer focus and consultative skills, with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of healthcare sales and marketing processes
- Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
This role requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
