About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge / Receptionist to join our team at Shannex Incorporated.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and transferring telephone inquiries, greeting and directing visitors
  • Providing routine information and responding to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff
  • Active screening of employees and visitors
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Preparing and distributing forms, reports, and other documents to appropriate personnel and departments
  • Performing a wide variety of assignments, which may be confidential in nature
  • Receiving, processing, and recording client payments
  • Ensuring client safety by following and applying all standard operational procedures, safe work practices, and training provided

Requirements include:

  • A high-school diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of medical terminology considered an asset
  • Ability to work during the day and weekends
