Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to join our team in the Kamloops area. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful municipal infrastructure projects, collaborating with a close-knit group of experienced engineers, client managers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Municipal Infrastructure Design: Develop and oversee detailed design of municipal projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Technical Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and other documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely and collaboratively with project teams of experienced Engineers, EITs, technologists, and other professionals.

Requirements

  • Civil Engineering Expertise: Proven experience in civil engineering, with a background in municipal infrastructure and/or land development projects.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: A genuine commitment to understanding and addressing clients' unique needs, with an emphasis on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
