Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support and Systems Expert with expertise in O365 and Windows desktop environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus to ensure the maximum uptime of systems and minimize interruptions to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and training to end-users as needed, and resolve support tickets from staff promptly.
  • System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain Windows & Linux-based servers, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server configurations for performance and security.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.
  • Office 365 Administration: Assist with administering Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other associated applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and support Office 365 integrations with other business applications, and document system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the IT team.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Office 365 services and administration tools, with a track record of managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Knowledge and experience with Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Domain Controllers.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
