About the Role: Richvan Holdings seeks a skilled Heavy Machinery Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes to ensure efficient completion of projects.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment regularly to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to identify any potential issues before use.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment as required.
  • Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment to stay in touch with team members and coordinate tasks.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in operating heavy machinery is necessary.
  • Excellent physical health and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
