We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Record Keeper to join our team at Drive-Thru Tax & Accounting Services Limited. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Experience: Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an asset.
This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
