Finance Leader for IT Transformation

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to join our team as a Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner - IT. This role involves providing strategic financial leadership and support to the global IT function, collaborating with senior IT leaders to drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with the corporation's overall financial goals.
What You'll Do:
This position requires driving IT financial performance, achieving results, and translating complex IT concepts and metrics into clear, actionable financial insights. Key responsibilities include implementing a global financial framework, enabling and organizing the financial review of global IT function leaders, and providing financial analysis and insights to drive decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing actuals, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the global IT corporate function, monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with other finance business partners to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required. Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and forecasting processes is essential, as well as a proven track record of driving IT financial performance and achieving results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with IT senior leaders, corporate finance team, and other stakeholders are also necessary. Bilingualism (English and French) is required, and knowledge of Oracle Fusion accounting system and HFM Hyperion consolidation system is an asset.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
