About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at LIN'S ROOFING INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of our roofing team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work meets our quality standards.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow our health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including financial and operational metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

This is a permanent full-time position, working under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
