Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at LIN'S ROOFING INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and other construction personnel
  • Plan and schedule roofing projects, including estimating materials and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Recruit and train new staff members as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced construction environment and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
