Job Description:
Crop Management and Harvesting
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Laborer - Crop Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crop management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and quality of our crops from planting to harvesting. Your tasks will include cleaning the crops, hand-harvesting vegetables, leveling earth to fine grade specifications, packing fruits and vegetables, and fertilizing and spraying crops.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of crop management principles and practices. You should also possess excellent physical capabilities, including the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. A degree or certification in agriculture or a related field is not required, but experience in crop management is highly desirable.
